The scope of the foundation has been expanded to meet the need of another housing issue. Our veteran population would like to be able to stay in their residence of choice for as long as they possibly can. VCCF Home Care will serve the veteran and their families with the necessary care coordination that is required to meet their individual needs.

This will be achieved through a little known pension called "The Aid and Attendance Pension" available to wartime veterans and their surviving spouses who meet certain medical and financial requirements.

Families have many demands on their time including caring for their aging parents. This is why VCCF Home Care provides direct care services to help those who wish to maintain their independence at home. VCCF Home Care services will enhance and preserve their quality of live.

With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right as God gives to us to see the right, let us striven to finish the work we are in, to wind up the nations wounds, to care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow and orphan…
